To decrease the environment pollution and the rely
on fossil energy, introduce high technology company with the project into city
of Luo Yang and create more working opportunity, the municipal government¡¯s
delegation from city of Luo Yang lead by Ms. Ping Yang, the deputy mayor of Luo
Yang, visited Powerzinc Electric (Shanghai), Inc. between May 12 to 14, 2005 to
investigate the zinc air fuel cell project.
The representatives of the delegation ride the
electric bike, electric motorcycle and electric car powered by Powerzinc¡¯s DQFC
series zinc air fuel cell and are all satisfied with the excellent performance
of the fuel cell. The both sides also discussed the establishment of the
operation system about the electric car and electric bus powered by Powerzinc¡¯s
zinc air fuel cell in city of Luo Yang in China.
The delegation also went to city of Wuxi to visit
the electric bus powered by Powerzinc¡¯s DQFC zinc air fuel cell, the bus is
co-manufactured by Powerzinc and Wuxi Automobile Factory of China FAW Group
Corp., they all expressed the positive attitude toward the development of
electric bus market.
