Cao Qingshan, a folk inventor from the City of
Xiangfan, Hubei Province, led his electric fleet
consisting of seven vehicles produced by him,
including the two powered by Powerzinc's 330
series cells to receive an official test in
Beijing. The fleet began the journey from Baokang
County, Hubei and just arrived at Zhengding County,
258 km to the north of Beijing after driving 1200km,
safe and sound.
The Chinese Vehicle
Safety Testing Center will conduct a comprehensive
test on these vehicles. including examining the
continuous miles per charge, energy consumption per hundred mile,
the maximum speed etc. Cao shows his confidence and
satisfaction over his e-fleet, because he has relied
on Powerzinc's zinc-air fuel cell to bring out these
pure e-vehicles, his unique inventions.
With its ambition to
build a e-vehicles manufacturing base in Zhengding
County, the Zhending government is actively
promoting the manufacturing of e-vehicles and the
technology. An investment of 45million RMB will be
appropriated in the near future.
The
national as well as the local media have heavily
covered this milestone event.
