As a guest speaker, Mr. D. Q.
Yang, the inventor of Powerzinc's proprietary zinc-air fuel cell technology, presented title "Distributed Stationary
Power" at California Stationary Fuel Cell Collaborative
(CaSFCC) Government/Industry Meeting in Sacramento, California.
This
workshop was hosted by the Monitoring and Laboratory
Division of California Air Resources Board. The purpose
is for industry and government to discuss the development
of new stationary fuel cell power projects in California.
Accompanied by Dr. S. T. Hsieh, Director of U.S./China
Energy & Environmental Technology Center of Tulane
University (EETC), Mr. D. Q. Yang, Chief Technology
Advisor, Mr. Richard Yang, C.E.O. and Ms. Amy Ji, C.F.O.,
attended this meeting.
California Stationary Fuel Cell
Collaborative (CaSFCC) was formalized in June 2001,
and has been engaged in implementing a program to facilitate
the commercialization of stationary fuel cells for power
generation in California.
EETC, a strategic partner of
Powerzinc, is 100% funded by U.S. Department of Energy.
