Mr. William Loewenstein, President of Community Initiatives Development Corp. (CIDC), an instrumental person in the progress of our Reading project, made a follow-up visit to our LA headquarters after our August visit to Reading. He reaffirmed that a total funding of US$10 million for the Reading project will come from the Federal government, the Pennsylvanian state government, and the local authorities. They will also provide the necessary infrastructure, such as land, road etc. for the plant's operation.
