China Lan Zhou Investment and Trade Fair, one of the most major investment and
trade fair in the northwest region of China, was held in Lan Zhou city, Gan Su
province on July 6, 2005. In this fair, POWERZINC signed the cooperation
contract with Bai Yin municipal government of Gan Su province on the following
two projects. One is to establish ¡°New Energy Material Industry Zone¡± in ¡°China
Science Institute & Bai Yin High Technology Industrialization Zone¡±. The other
is to establish ¡°Bai Yin & Powerzinc New Energy Limited Company¡± in above
mentioned ¡°New Energy Material Industry Zone¡±.

are the major metal material of zinc air fuel cell. In addition, it also has
rich power resource and low electricity price. All of these features facilitate
