On April 9, 2004,
Powerzinc Electric, Inc., Powerzinc Electric (Shanghai),
Inc., US Tulane University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University
and Zhejiang University met together at Powerzinc Electric
(Shanghai), Inc. and reached to the common understanding
of developing the applications of Powerzinc DQFC zinc-air
fuel cell in trans-nations. The intended cooperation
organization will focus its efforts on the speedup of the
commercialization of clean fuel cells world- widely in
transportation field and other application fields,
especially the applications of zinc-air fuel cells. The
key points will be the upgrade of the integrate DQFC
technology, to seek for policy supports from multi aspects
and to develop the international cooperation relationship.
Powerzinc will take the
lead of organizing and managing the said cooperation
organization, which will include the above mentioned three
universities.
