Powerzinc is dedicated to the research, development and manufacturing of environmentally friendly zinc air fuel cell, equipment facility and provide fuel cell refuel service platform, offer clean and highly efficient energy solution to improve the quality of life.
Powerzinc is an industry partner of US/China Energy & Environmental Technology Center (EETC) at Tulane University in New Orleans , Louisiana . EETC is 100% funded by U.S. Department of Energy. The mutual mission is to promote the efficient, responsible production and utilization of clean energy, and to encourage environmental performance.Powerzinc and EETC have formed a partnership in March 2002 to jointly promote Powerzinc's environment-friendly zinc-air fuel cell technology in the U.S. and China . An immediate goal is to demonstrate Powerzinc's DQFC type zinc-air fuel Cell products as the most practical, near term fuel cell technology for Electric Vehicles in the world.
